what is the best gaming PC i can build for $1800?

Hi, I am looking on how to try to build a gaming PC for $1800 (my friend got sick of me playing on console and gave me the money as a gift for the rig) now, i am going to need OS (preferably windows 8.1), monitor, mouse, and keyboard, since i have been on laptop for a few years, i don't have these, gaming is the main concern, but i also need it to play videos in 1080p without much trouble, any suggestions? Though I do have some objections with the above build:

It uses the older 4770K/Z97 CPU/chipset. This means no upgrade to Broadwell and slightly reduced OC capability

The SuperNova NEX has only 20 A 12v rails, which (correct me if I'm wrong) is a bit low for a GTX 780.

Lastly, there are changes that can be made for the SSD and RAM to make them cheaper without reducing performance noticeably.

That's all I have to say on the build
