What is the best Gaming pc

Solution

Probably the best you're going to do with your budget, but don't buy yet.
Replace the 970 with the GTX 1070 which is paper launching tonight followed by availability in early June with much better performance.

MERGED QUESTION
Question from Davinplayz : "Can you help me build a pc"

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Tt7hD3
this is the build i have come up with, there is around 250 dollars to spare so that can be put towards a better cpu or a better GPU but beware that the GPU will be bottlknecked, not by alot by any means but just something to consider, you may also want that better CPU for better rendering times, although that new i3 will beat the likes of the FX 6300 and FX 8320e in rendering speeds

This one is a good advice.
