I'm looking for a new GPU for my computer instead of the integrated graphics that come with the A10 6700. What do you suggest for pretty intense gaming on 1920x1080 and medium to high graphics quality? I would really like to stick with this CPU as i do not have enough money to purchase another one. Any response would be appreciated. Thank you.

I have done some research as I am upgrading at the moment too, and i have concluded that an AMD R9 270X will play BF4 at high-ultra settings at 1920x1080, I believe that you can crossfire with your APU too and get about another 2-15 frames in games. Normally an AMD R9 270X will run about $200-$250

Nope, you cant xfire a 270x with an APU. In fact, that would give you even worse fps.
Depending on your budget, id recommend a 260x/270 or a 650ti boost/660

Yeah, recommend getting R9 270x or GTX 650 ti boost or 660 depending on your budget. Though on newegg you can actually pickup a GTX 760 at near same price as 270x so I'd go for that. The other dude Assassins0706 has no idea what he is talking about and you should probably ignore him.

Hey man, don't go discrediting me, its just makes you look bad. Plus crossfiring with an APU while using the HD7xxx series you WOULD get better FPS, but i haven't done much research into the R7's and R9's. It was simply an assumption.

nope, still, you cant crossfire with something faster than a hd7750. Anyways, if you do, it would be actually slower: The card would have to run at the speed of the apu, so you got twice the speed of the apu in best case. but a 270x alone is more than twice as fast as an apu, so you would actually loose performance!

If i went with a 660 what kind of power supply would you suggest that I get? I currently have a 300w, suggestions?

Get a good 500w power supply by a good brand like Antec, Seasonic, Corsair, XFX, Enermax or Silverstone. DO NOT EVER buy a PSU from some generic brand that's cheap because it will most likely fail within a couple of months and will destroy all your expensive components when it shorts out while a good branded one will last you several builds. Heck I have a Silverstone one from 2007 and it still works great :)

That particular corsair one is great and is on sale for $49.99 ($29.99 after mail rebate) so I suggest you grab that as fast as you can before the sale ends.

Thanks! I really appreciate the help!
