What is the best GPU I can get based on the PSU I currently have?

I have the following PSU:
Corsair AX850

What's the best GPU on the market that I can use, without hitting the maximum limit of what the Power Supply can handle?

Note: I am currently using a nVidia GTX 760.

Seriously? haha. I honestly was VERY gunshy about pushing the limits on my PSU...

I may think about going with the GTX 980, so I don't overspend as well.

980 isn't worth it for the price, if it is to you then wait till pascal comes out and either get that or wait a couple days till maxwell GPU's price drop.

Ok! I'll keep an eye on the 980 for now. I also want to try to get a superclocked version with 4GB if I can.
