What is the best gpu to go with a Xeon E5450

So, I have a old pc with a lga 775 motherboard (dont know the exact model because the pc is at my 2nd house) assuming that it can be modded to lga 771 socket. It has a 500 watt psu in it, 8gb of ram 1tb hdd etc.. I'm a 15 year old and dont want to spend more than $200 on a pc. I found a deal for with an E5450 and a after market cooler (looked it up its $33 on amazon) and he is selling both of them together for $30. It's a good deal and I need a the best gpu that wont bottleneck the cpu and meet the power consuption. At my region a Radeon HD 7950 is around $130, 1050Ti $160, rx 560 4gb $150, found a 2gb 960 for $110.

Best bang for buck would be 1050ti as HD7950 you would need a very good PSU.

I wuld not say the 1050ti is the best one for performance for gaming the average of bottlenecking is 31 percent. This means that the cpu will use all of its potential but the GPU would not, by saying this I think the cpu could effect LAG. I would rcommend the 750ti because the of bottlenecking average is 1 percent.
