[SOLVED] What is the best GPU to go with my i5-3470?

I am planning on upgrading my system, but its from 2012 and its a Dell Optiplex 7010 Small form factor. It uses a custom power supply from dell, and you cant use any other power supply unless its the same size. Its currently 275 Watts and I have 12 gigs of DDR3 at 1333 MHz.

I need to know what GPU is best to go with my computer as I can't change the power supply.

That was Plan A.

Plan B consists of moving the entire system to another case, in which I can just buy a normal ATX sized PSU and have the GPU that I wanted. The only downside is that its gonna cost more money than Plan A.

Please give me some reference on which option(s) I should choose.

Id like to spend around less than 100 dollars, and my psu is a Dell something something something. I have a dell optiplex SFF from 2012, so you might be bale to find the model of the psu from there.
I was looking more into the budget range of a GT 1030.

Psu is likely a 240w.

Id concider a lp gt 1040 or lp gtx 1050 is you can afford it.
