What Is The Best GPU To Replace My Old One?

Hi! I have a Desktop http://support.hp.com/ca-en/product/HP-Pavilion-500-Desktop-PC-series/5395585/model/5438761/solutions the GPU is old and I was wondering what GPU would best support it to play games on low to medium setting. Games like Call of Duty and stuff. My PSU is 300 watt, thats all I know. If any other questions I could try to set it up.
