What is the best graphic card that i can use on this pc for gaming?
Motherboard: dh16ww
CPU: intel core i32130 3.40GHZ
RAM: 4GB
Windows: 8.1 64-bit
Monitor: 19EN33

The board support any GPU.
Even GTX 1080 will work.
But if you not intending to upgrade the CPU and add some ram, RX 470 4GB would be the most powerful card.
if you have no plan to upgrade CPU, GTX 1050 probably is the most suitable.

New GPUs will require you to be using UEFI bios, so if your board only has legacy bios then it will likley not work, and if your board does have UEFI but is configured to legacy then you would have to reinstall windows.

A 9xx serries AMD card or 3XX serries AMD card will support both bios modes.

im not going to upgrade my cpu but i might get another 4GB ram
