So I bought an old server motherboard ( https://ark.intel.com/products/46534/Intel-Server-Board-S3200SHV ) and it has one pcie 8x and 4x 1.0 slots. Now I want to know what is the best graphics card for me to buy.

EDIT: i forgot to say that the motherboard has 2 PCI slots too

Specs for the build:

motherboard: Intel Server Board S3200SHV
cpu: Intel Core 2 Quad Processor Q9300
ram: 8GB of ddr2
storage: 120GB hdd
psu: 500W
AND PLEASE don't say to me that i'm wasting my money or it's stupid to build something like that, because i love to build old computers and take them to the limits, it's my hobby.

Any card from the nVidia 1060 3gig down or AMD RX 560 down...buying a card faster will yield rapidly diminishing returns due to the slow Q9300 and the limits of PCI-E 1.0
