What is the best graphics card for under $250?

I purchased a XFX Radeon hd 7750 about 6 months ago, and it's not really getting the job done. Now I am looking to upgrade it. I can spend about $250 plus whatever I can sell my old card for (about $75) I'm looking at these two:

Meh, if you really want a powerfull card u can't go wrong with the GTX 760.

EDIT: I prefer nvidia over amd cards.
