M4A88TD-EVO 3.0 USB -MOTHERBOARD
WIN 7 64BIT

1TB HARD DRIVE.
A 530 WATT POWER SUPPLY.
3.0GHZ PROCCESSOR WITH QUAD CORE

based on those specs what is the best?

thanks for any help.

What processor? Don't just give the speed, but the model.

The best graphics card out right now is the Nvidia Titan, but if you have an old processor, it might not be worth it. Judging by your motherboard model, it probably isn't.

I agree, but I was answering his question. The Titan is the most powerful (commonly refereed to as 'best' on these forums). I wouldn't buy it though, the price/performance ratio is not worth it to me.

I was hoping to run alot of games, like skyrim, gta (the new one) etc on highest settings or at least high. with good fps. sorry for not posting price, I was trying to think of everything off the top of my head when writing the original post. :)

We'd like to know the brand of power supply you have. If you don't have a very good one it can take a lot of components with it if it is not up to snuff. Losing everything invested. In your budget, without knowing your power supply or assuming its good quality. 7850 1gb version would suit you perfectly.
