What is the best GTA V Settings for my PC Setup??

Good day, I have been experiencing some lags on my GTA, I'd like to ask what will be the appropriate settings for my GTA V PC. May I ask for preferred settings for my gameplay?

Here's my specs:

Intel i5 @3.1 ghz
8gb Corsair Ram
Radeon R9 270x 2gb 256bit Toxic
1TB HDD

I'd say texture quality on Medium and MSAA off, maybe 2x.

the 290x has been tested to run on max settings at around 50 fps with drops into the high 30's (not bad but not exactly good ) You could probably run this build at around 60 fps on normal settings with MSAA on 2x or maybe even off
