I have build a couple of systems without issues so will go with the Asus.
I have not try that MSI board but that Gigabyte died on me.

Preference. Asus.

I like MSI, but their bios isn't as user friendly as Asus, and it doesn't have Asus fanXpert which is by far the best of any mobo software fan controller.
Gigabyte is good too, but there's always some little quirk, like fan headers being all analog or all pwm etc
