There HWmonitor and speed fan. Those are the 2 that i can think off the top of my head that see temps from all locations.

For Hardware specific temp programs,

Cpu:

Real temp (if calibrated, can be the best program to watch cpu temps that i know of)
Core temp

HDD:
HDD tune

VGA:
EVGA Precision (for EVGA card temps, fans, and overclocking)
Nvida's and ATI's own driver control center. (at least i think ati catalyst also show temps like nvidia's does. been to long scene i used them)
Rival tuner

List goes on.

I use OCCT it allows you to check the temp of the GPU and CPU as well as testing them. It's pretty good and helped me find out that my GPU wasn't getting enough cool air and caused my computer to shut down.
