What is the best i5 for gaming

What is the best i5 for gaming with a gtx 760 and no overclocking? And what fps would i get with a 760 on guild wars 2 at ultra\max settings?

The best i5 for gaming is the 4690K.
But a 4460 will be just fine.

Is there any reason you chose a 4460?? Why not a locked 4690 or 4570?
Will that cpu perform on max settings well with a gtx 760 on all games?

This is not what you should be asking. What you want to know is 2 core or 4 core processors. For a game like guild wars 2 using a 4 core processor is the better choice. Now its all performance for the money. The 4460 will play those games you mentioned on max settings.
To give you an example,it will beat the FX-8350 by an average of 10 FPS in pretty much any game.
