cant beat that corsiar h115i pro.... its one of the cheapest 280mm aios, its a good brand and it performs well with decent fans.

I would still argue the Swiftech H220X, if you can find them, or the newer Drive X3: http://www.swiftech.com/drive-x3-aio.aspx

Swiftech H220X was a good one , received one years ago of from NCIX , box was perfect , but rad was mashed.

Swiftech is really good about RMA on products, so hopefully you were able to get it replaced?

I have an H220X that is running in my son's PC and still running strong.
