Question What is the best Loudness Equalization/Headphone virtualization software I can get, I'll pay if it is good enough.

I'm not happy with the Loudness Equalization software included with Windows 10 and I want it because it would help me not wake people up while I'm listening to music by enabling me not to have to constantly fidget with the volume controls with every new song/game/movie. Also, is there a better Headphone Virtualization program than the one that came with Windows 10?
