Solution
organize and delete unwanted media in a timleline

and also convert big photos to smaller size

but i'm open too hear whats available....
Possibly FastStone Image Viewer

My go to for regular image viewing is IView.
Very comprehensive toolset.

For videos, many people will recommend Plex.
Absolutely does not work for me.
Most of my movies are ISO, and Plex does NOT index or work with ISO files.
I just name the files appropriately, and use VLC to watch.

Windows by It's self is, has great infrastructure to do just what you require.

Managing Photos and Videos.

You might need some other software only if you have requirements higher than what is built in windows already caters for by default.

i don't think that windows 11 has a timeline

in linux there is Shotwell....

but my media files are in the windows computer.....

is it safe to share the network with the lan?
because perhaps it's the best idea....
