What is the best Mini-ATX board on the market for AMD?

Also what is the Pros and cons for Mini-ATX board compared to the normal ATX?
Socket type needs to be AM3+

mATX cons - less PCI/PCIe slots so usually only one video card can be used

mATX pros- smaller and can be used in smaller form factor cases like the Bitfenix prodigy M

Other than that, if they have the same chipset, they are pretty much similar.
