I wont be using the computer 24/7 but the processor i am looking at (link incase if anyone is curious http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00KPRWAZQ/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pd_S_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=1BT3P0OYDLR5J&coliid=I333C2XHGEIY9S) can get as much power as an i5 processer because it has been unlocked, but it has to be overclocked. so i am getting this processor with a aftermarket cooler, but i dont know what motherboard to get (im working with about 110-150 dollars for this but the cheaper the better as i am looking to make upgrades later)
im also going to have 8 gigs of ram, 1 terrabite hdd with 7200 rpm. Please help me 😀

You know the cpu is cheaper on newegg: $75
For the motherboard, ASRock Fatal1ty H97, even though it's a H chipset it still can overclock. It doesn't have every overclocking feature out there but if you do want them(which i suggest) get a Z97 board, ASUS Z97-A. Since you're about to upgrade later, this board will serve you well.
