Looking for a good mobo to pick up for my specs, i use a relatively old mobo and looking to upgrade.
Specs:
GTX 1080TI
Intel i7 7700k @4.2Ghz
DDR4 Hyper X 16GB Kit @2400Mhz

Looking for a mobo that is able to OC the CPU and support ram at 2400mhz or over. Looking for one that is under $250 and even under 200. But I need one that requires a CPU_FAN, OPT, and 3 other case fan headers. I may edit this if I find any more details I need to include.

If you want to OC your i7-7700K then look towards Z270 chipset MoBos. Z170 chipset will do too, IF it has the latest BIOS.

Since there is currently a worldwide shortage of MoBos, GPUs and PSUs, their prices are either through the roof or are out of stock completely.

That being said, there is only one Z270 chipset MoBo that is within your budget: ASRock Z270M Pro4 Micro ATX,
specs: https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z270M Pro4/index.asp#Specification
amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N1MOFKV

But it has 4 fan headers, not 5, as you requested. Though, you can connect two fans on single header as well, by using Y-splitter, like this one,

All other MoBos currently available are $300+. Looking at 2nd hand market may get you more options within your budget.
