I have the Gigabyte one, and dont get it if you are going to overclock, or even underclock for that sake, It always doesnt post or blue screens after I do it.

Either you are doing something wrong or there's something wrong with them, Both are quite capable of FX 8350 even with some OC.

I believe now it is the chip, that won't OC.
I also own the ASUS board paired with a FX 8320 OC'd to 4Ghz (this pc doesn't need any more performance).
