I'm looking for a new monitor and was looking through ebay and amazon.

I found this used benq xl2411
https://www.ebay.ca/itm/BenQ-ZOWIE-XL-Series-XL2411P-144Hz-Gaming-Monitor-Dark-Gray-24-1ms-

GTG/273104639756?hash=item3f964e170c:g:Vl4AAOSwqblapIAu

but it says that it has a small bright? is that bad

or should i buy a brand new aoc monitor which could be double the price of the used benq

https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B01BV1XBEI/ref=s9u_simh_gw_i1?ie=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B01BV1XBEI&pd_rd_r=41ee3b0e-2a1d-11e8-b4af-bb8759a2f7d7&pd_rd_w=UpTkl&pd_rd_wg=ITL6c&pf_rd_m=A3DWYIK6Y9EEQB&pf_rd_s=&pf_rd_r=XYC4KZG87S9WYEAJW5CC&pf_rd_t=36701&pf_rd_p=07871b8e-d32a-4963-b98f-ba712077f7f5&pf_rd_i=desktop

which one would be the better option so i can spend the least money but have a good monitor

Yes that link worked. That monitor may work perfectly fine and whatnot but it did NOT list Freesync as a feature. That means it is a rather "old" 144Hz monitor. It may still work for years to come but all in all, I would rather have the new Monitor with Modern features and whatnot then something that may only barely function enough to be sold as used but in working condtion.
