What is the best PCI 2.0 x16 GPU?

I have an old motherboard (Asus M2A-VM HDMI) and it can only support up to a 2.0 card. I need to get a nice new powerfull GPU. What is the best one for it? Preferably in the 150$ range. Thank you.

Any gpu will work with 2.0 the 650 ti boost is sold out or over 150
I would get 7790 1 or 2gb
