What is the best PCI-E slot on the Sabertooth 990FX R2.0

I heard that on the Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 some PCI-E slots are less powerful than others, which one is most powerful for my GPU.

No you wont since both 990FX's Slot support PCI X16.

Compared to running it in the first slot? Yes.
However because both slots are x16, you will not be able to tell the difference.
