What is the best power supply in this price

Ok so im getting a HIS 777o and it requires a minimum of 500w and i know the horrible Diablotek 500w i have is not going to be enough.. So the card im getting from newegg comes with the two free games and i was going to sell those for about 50-60$ and i was just wondering what is a decent (not amazing gaming quality) PSU to run the card. the card im getting:

I have run the Phenom II X4 955 Black edition and the HD 7770 with the VP-450. In truth, it is not wattage that is most important but the amps on the 12v rail. The HD 7770 should have a power supply that has at least 23 amps on the 12v rail (doesn't use 23 amps for the video card alone but for the whole system).

That's a 7750 not 7770, as for the psu yes it's terrible but for a 7750 or even 7770 it will do.
Those cards don't even pull more than 100w full load.

Even if its a Diablotek and is capable of powering on the system, I personally wouldn't use it, it is a tier 5 power supply in this list:

Tier 5 should be avoided, though do realize this list was created by a person not some power supply company so it is opinion. Though they did a really good job with it.

Edit: Looked around and the HD 7770 uses around 12 amps for itself, either way you are golden with that VP-450. You got some room to OC if desired.

Yeah this looks great thank you.. also i edited the error i now have the 7770 which i also thought was an HIS when really it was MSI (geez i feel stupid lol)
