Get a good quality PSU with 1x 24-pin and 1x 8-pin ATX 12V power connectors.
If you plan on upgrading the GPU make sure it has enough power so you won't need to upgrade it.

I'm looking for a new case also. So, if you have any suggestion for case, I'll appreciate it.
I'm in Uruguay and my budget for each item is under U$S200
And not noisy power supply

I am curious, why are you suggesting a $400 1600W PSU for a system that barely consumes 300W at full load?
