What is the BEST Processor for DG41RQ?

Hello Guys i just want to ask what is the best/highest upgrade i can to on my processor?
My Motherboard is "Intel DG41RQ"
Im Planning to Upgrade my rig to:
8GB RAM
GTX 750 Ti OC
this year 2014 and in the near future i want to upgrade my processor to the best processor my mobo can...
Also can you suggest what Processor Cooler fits for your own suggestion.. 😀

SKT 775 motherboard, don't waste your money on upgrading CPU, SKT 775 has been end of life for a few years now.

You should switch to a new motherboard, cpu and memory combination to get the best out of your GTX750 TI.

If i will Upgrade my motherboard ill lose my money on upgrading 8GB DDR2 RAM + GTX750 Ti OC i think my option to upgrade the RAM & VCARD is more better than upgrading first the motherboard + processor because it'' cost more money..
So please Help me
