That's almost entirely dependent on your budget. Without much thought to budget, I'd say the Ryzen 9 3900X would be the best. If that's out of your price range, which would be completely understandable, there are plenty of other options that will provide you a smooth editing experience. You would also want a decent GPU to go along with it and plenty of RAM.
