What is the best provider in the SF Bay Area? And what is the fastest?

Unfortunately FIOS is not available... I'm looking for something fast, fiber optic preferably. I stream a lot of youtube and play FPS. Not sure if low ping comes with a good network package but if it does than that's what I'd like. What do you guys recommend? I'm moving to my new apartment soon!

thanks great site, If I put my zip code (95010) it just gives me reviews, I'm looking for the best fiber optic service but I can't find it.
I'm also looking for something for only 5 months, it's a sublet, which makes it even harder.

It looks to me like Comcast (up to 12Mbps) or ATT Uverse (up to 6Mbps) in your area depending on your address are the two major options. I don't really see any true high speed connections and Clear doesn't cover the area.
