What is the best PSU for my PC?

Right now, I have a 230 W PSU.
This is my PC's specs right now:
Motherboard: Intel H55
CPU:i7 860 2.8 GHz
GPU: MSI GT 730 4GB
RAM: 8 GB ddr3

I am going to upgrade my GPU to MSI GTX 1050 Ti OC GDDR5. Should I upgrade my PSU as well? If yes, which one PSU is the best?

I have an old 300 W PSU. I don't think I used that for something like 12 years. Do you think that it is enough? Or should I aim for higher?

Can not find decent power supplies for 150tl.

I found FSP hydro G in a shop - http://www.eksenbilgisayar.com/fsp-hydro-g-600-600w-80-bronze-aktif-pfc-13.5-cm-fan-guc-kaynagi but it is a 600w unit. Look for the Hydro G 450w. This would be the best option.

Consider one of these if you can not find FSP Hydro G 450 -
