You're looking at around 350-400 watt load at full power. A good quality 550 watt PSU can do the job. If you want extra headroom a 650 watt would be plenty. The Corsair RMx or Seasonic Focus GX series would be good choices.

I always went by my own rule of never buying a psu under Gold status. But I was curious mostly on wattage with those components. So it sounds like 600-800 is recommended? Thanks guys

Keep in mind that the 80 plus efficiency rating is not a quality standard. Any good quality bronze rated PSU will be much better than a cheaply made gold rated PSU.

If you can't find any Gold rated models, the Corsair CX650 is a good choice and has a 5 year warranty. If you have a little bit more money to spend the TX650M would be a much better alternative. The TXm has a much longer 7 year warranty.
