In theory, yes.IF any GPU which doesn't require extra power than the PCIe slot works, then the best GPU to get would undoubtedly be a GTX1650
You will need a low profile graphics card that will run on pcie slot power only.Gt 1030 won't work on this power supply? i heard it needs only around 30watt
There's no way i can change the psu?

You should be OK with a GT1030 using the existing psu.

Do i have to remove DVD to save watts for rest of the system? will it have some issues such as low watts for main components? You will need a low profile graphics card that will run on pcie slot power only.

Other parts than the cpu and gpu use minimal power.Do i have to remove DVD to save watts for rest of the system? will it have some issues such as low watts for main components?
I wouldn't worry about ventilation as my Zotac GTX1650 barely reaches 65C (unless CPU overheats) but the power consumption may be a problem. In theory, yes.
But the case has little ventilation and a GT1030 is a big jump in capability over integrated graphics.
I don't think I would test the assertion with only a 180w psu.
The i3-9100 processor has a TDP of 65w.
A pcie slot maxes at 75w leaving precious little left over if a max 75w gtx1650 Is installed.
I think a GT1030 would be a fine upgrade.
I'm not sure if that 180W PSU will provide all of that on the +12V rail. So I guess, if possible, you should change the casing, get a 400-500W PSU and then a GTX1650/RX570.You mean to replace the case? then yea, it is possible

Even if you run GTX1030, I'm not sure if there won't be random shut downs under load. (My 192W pre built PSU shuts itself down after 2-5 mins of load even with GTX 1650).
btw, how much are you willing to spend on the upgrade?
Ram isn't problem at this moment. i have opened my pc and it have one ram slot there and inserted a 4gb ramWith 4 GB of RAM, you won't be able to play many of the new titles. So, a good GPU might not be so useful without a RAM upgrade. But then comes the question whether your mobo allows additional RAM slots. You are probably looking at a costly overall upgrade 🙁. Your choice is more limited to what your budget allows now
Then , get a PSU for around 50$, a GTX 1650/RX570 for 150$ and spend the rest on casing.i just want to remove this crappy psu from my life or new causal gpu which can run at least all games in low settings or medium
New psu will support this motherboard? Then , get a PSU for around 50$, a GTX 1650/RX570 for 150$ and spend the rest on casing.
You can't! Why? Because the motherbaord in your prebuilt has a proprietary connector, even if the PSU is in a TFX form factor. The person in this video:

was right to upgrade the ram and storage but the GPU will only result in the system blowing up. That system wasn't meant for higher powered components(since it's work environment is for light work at home or at the office).
