What is the best RAM for Asus prime z270-a

Hello everyone,

What is the best RAM do you recommend for Asus prime Z270-a.

Here is the build I am thinking of:

I7-7700K (CPU)
Cryorig R1 universal (CPU cooler)
GTX 1080 TI (GPU)
Asus prime Z270-a (Motherboard)
Corsair Dominator Platinum Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz C15 Desktop Memory Kit (RAM).

I will be overclocking the CPU to 5GHz, but I have heard that when overclocking the CPU you can not overclock the RAM on this motherboard?? I will also overclock the GPU.

I will really appreciate it If you could tell me whether or not the RAM would work with the motherboard at the mentioned frquency (3000 MHz)

As I have an experience for your requirements, my best suggestion for Desktop PC memory. 1. Corsair Dominator Platinum 2. Team Elite Plus. You can try it, I think the both are best all over the world.
