What is the best rig?

[1]Intel core i3 4150,saphire r9 270(Overclocked),8gb ram,1tb hdd,MSI b85 g43 motherboard,antec gx500,fsp hexa+550w,HD samsung monitor
[2]Intel core i5 4590,saphire r9 270,MSI b85 g43, 8gb ram,fsp hexa+ 550w,antec gx500,1366x768 monitor. I am building it to play gta v, farcry 4 & ac unity. What is the best rig and why? Every answer is highly appreciated.

2nd build hands down. i5-4590 wrecks any dual core to pieces.Smaller resolution provides superior performance already, but add up the MASSIVE difference between i5-4590 and wimpy i3-4150 and the difference is just stunning.As for overclock ,well you can OC the stock clocked R9 270 too yourself, so not an issue.

The only difference seem to be the cpu and monitors. You haven't really described the monitors enough to be able to form an opinion.

But an i5 trumps an i3. It seems fairly obvious.

AC Unity isn't running real well yet. So I don't know how you'd go with that.

Far Cry 3 - http://www.game-debate.com/games/index.php?g_id=883&game=Far%20Cry%203 - you'd need an i7 to play at high settings.

gta v - http://www.game-debate.com/games/index.php?g_id=1308&game=Grand%20Theft%20Auto%20V - you'd need an i5 for high settings.
