[SOLVED] What is the best RTX 3060 Model as for cooling/$?

I don't get the wide variety of GPU's difference between different creators ( ASUS / GIGABYTE / MSI / ... )

I wanted to buy RTX 3060 but i was wondering which model has best cooling. Or at least on average, which creator has overall better cooling

Getting better and quieter cooling is good and all, but be sure you are not spending as much for that, as you would for the next tier card up. This may or may not still be the case, given the current GPU client. I quit looking at GPU pricing, once I got my RX 6800, for MSRP.

Basically, the best 3060 is the one that you are able to buy. The variance in GPU availability from moment-to-moment is far larger than the variance in performance/cooling between an average 3060 and a higher-binned/more aggressively cooled 3060.

In other words, the GPU market right now is like being on the Titanic and wondering which lifeboat has the best rowers. Get in a lifeboat.

The cooler you get on a 3060 will be appropriate to that particular card.
Some come factory overclocked and will have better coolers.
A GPU will target 80c. as a target temperature and perform as best it can at that point.
I would not worry much about coolers.
Instead, look at your case fresh air intake capabilities.
Any cooler, be it gpu or cpu needs a good source of fresh air to let it do it's job.
