What is the best set up for intense statistical processing?

Hello everyone,

I am in need of some suggestions to improve performance on my tower.

Background:
-I utilize structured and unstructured text data, millions of unique observations daily. I analyze free textual data that could be as long as 10 pages for each observation.
-My main statistical programs are SAS Base, SAS Enterprise Miner, Link Plus
-My current tower is a Dell OptiPlex 7050 with:
-----Windows 10 Enterprise
-----Intel Core i7-7700 CPU @3.60 GHz 3.60 GHz
-----16 GM RAM [I am currently upgrading to 32 GB]
-----No other options added to computer


Problems I am facing:
-Maxing out RAM
-Maxing out CPU

What would you suggest as an optimal set up for my situation where I am pulling in millions of records daily and trying to perform complex statistical analysis?
