What is the best settings of GT 730 for gaming?

I would like to know the best settings so I can run games with better fps.

That all depends on the game(s), the GT 730 is just a weaker R7 240 (very slightly, mind you). Aside from the GPU, we can't get an actual estimate if you don't post your other specs. I'd expect newer/modern games to not run well at all (probably not even at 800x600 at 30+), but some older games (Tomb Raider 2013) might run medium-high.

As well as what Bakua said, it also depends on which GT 730 you have, as they came in three different configurations; DDR3 64-bit, DDR3 128-bit and GDDR5. That last one is considerably better than the other two.
