what is the best ssd of those three

my choices are
crucial mx100 256gb for 162.5 $
sandisk ultra II 240GB for 172.5 $
samsung evo 840 250gb for 187.5 $
i know prices are high thats because of tax and stuff
now there are some other brands but as i have seen they are the best
i was wondering about gettin 120 or 128gb but i've seen than in the next few months i'll regret it
the 128 gb is almost 100 $
my spec are
lenovo g50-70
i7 4500u 1.8GHz
12gb ram
1tb hdd

do i even need 256gb
i will use both HDD and SSD by a caddy
how can i transfer my OS and serial

I would say 256GB would be a better choice if you want to put some programs and games on the SSD.
The crucial mx100 would be the best budget SSD in this case. You can get the SSD if you want a more premium SSD.
You can clone your hard drive to the SSD.
