I have decided to either get a WD Blue 1TB 7,200RPM HDD coupled with the Nyko Data Bank for PlayStation 4 so it can house a 3.5 HDD or i will pick the Seagate HN-M201RAD which is 2.5 inches and only 5,200RPM which suchs but it is 2TB though and the same price as it would be for the WD and Data bank combo. I just heard that Seagate is not a good HDD when compared against WD so i was worried it would not perform good especially considering its only 5,200RPM when the WD is 7,200RPM. I know they make 2.5, 1TB, 7,200RPM drives but the are sooo expensive and no way am i going to waste money on an SSD for a stupid console because it does not even show any performance gain in the PS4 from what i seen. So what should i get, anything better out there?

Hey there, Ferrariassassin!

Good job on the storage upgrade for your PS4! :)
Those are good replacement drives for your console, indeed. Though, I'd have to ask you what is the minimum capacity you desire for it?
The WD Blue also comes in 2.5" form factor (Which you can see here: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=BOsCBq ) However the RMP is 5,400, and since you are worried about the performance speed, I'd suggest you to consider the WD Black HDD as well.
Both the 2.5" & 3.5" form factors of the WD Black are delivering the 7,200 RPM. However, the maximum capacity for the 2.5" is 750 GB. Yet again that drive is designed to deliver the performance and speed for your gaming.
You can check more about the 2.5" WD Black here...

Or if you decide to go with the Data Bank for the console, you should check the capabilities of the 3.5" drive as well: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=4MS0rr

I'd recommend you to read through this TH review as well: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/ps4-hard-drive-upgrade,3695.html

Thanks i was going to get the WD black but it is a proven fact that the WD Blue is exactly the same in almost every way and in many cases it out performes the WD Black and is much cheaper so i will most likely be going with the WD Blue with the Data bank so i can have a 7,200RPM HDD of 1-2TB of space. I was wanting an SSD but they cost so much i have a 1000TB SSD in my PC its a Samsung but its for my PC only haha :p And thanks for the great reply!
