What is the best store to get a Windows 10 Home Key legitimately? I do not want to pay $100+ on a key but I do not want to buy a key from fradulent companies that steal people's credit cards.

It costs what it costs. Anywhere selling it much less than $100 is not "legitimate".
Just like the hardware in your system.

Do you have any currently unused Win 7/8/8.1 license? You can probably apply that to a new Wn 10 install.
