What's the best method of using a tablet outside in direct sunlight?

I have a windows tablet that we were planning to use outside, however the screen is extremely hard to read in direct sunlight.

What is the best windows tablet for this situation, or am I better off locating a sun cover case for the windows tablet I have at the moment?

Personally, i would say to locate a sun cover case as it is much cheaper than to buy a whole new tablet instead of finding a sun cover case for your current tablet.
