What is the best tweak for XP1800?

I am building my new computer and I was wondering what is the best and safest tweak that you would suggest?

Ahtlon XP 1800+
MSI KT3 Ultra
ATI Radeon 8500LE 64MB
256MB Mushkin PC2700 SDRAM

How would you tweak it?

if u dont want to unlock the cpu jus raise the FSB of ur mobo.
