Hi,I have Dell Optiplex 780 WorkStation I was wondering which video card would be the best without bottle-necking me I heard that GTX 750Ti would go fine,But it needs 400W PSU when mine is only 300W.
Specs:
CPU:Intel core 2 duo E8400 @3.00 GHz
RAM: 6GB DDR3
OS:Windows 10
PowerSupply:300W

Thanks in advance.

Yes it will it has 240watts on the combined + 12 volts, it will run any 750Ti power connector or not.

Well my PSU is the Original one of the Optiplex which is the model of L305P-03,Will it be good enough to handle the 750 ti?

Thanks bro,But which is more recommended? to pick a GTX without the 6-pin power plug (which would be logic because my power supply doesn't have it) Or to pick a GTX with one then to use a 6-pinn power connector on it?

GTX750 uses 65W the slot provides 75W. It doesn't need 6 pin connector. Your CPU is 65W so you should be OK. A lot of people are running this in SFF with 240W psu. You have EUFI BIOS so get one that is compatible with that. Watch the size of the card. Long single slot is OK, wide single slot 6 3/4" or less is OK.
2 slot 6 3/4" or less needs bracket cut in 1/2 and trim cover to allow air out the side of the card at rear. You can use an aftermarket PSU if you want. Or Dell Dimension 9200 has 375W with 6 pin. but it seems like overkill with a dual core cpu. E8600 would be nice bump in speed. A lot of people run Q9550/Q9650 in these. With original PSU.

Thank You :) But my Optiplex is a Mini Tower not a Desktop version I think it will fit in,Right?
