I have a DDR2 RAM, 2GB and Intel Core 2 Duo E7500 2.93 GHz and my motherboard is P5KPL-AM SE. And my current video/graphics card is GTX 220. I'm wondering if I can upgrade it or replace it with a better one for gaming. Can I?

What games are you hoping to play? Your system is well below min spec for games of today.

Yes, a 450 watt power supply can handle all of those, and as long as it has the right connectors for the GTX 660 (6 pin), it can support that too.

A good QUALITY 450w psu can handle that which that psu is not.

That is true, and the GTX 660 I would not personally use, however it could work. The GTX 750ti and GT 1030 are completely fine for it, though.
