What is the best video card?

i have only $150 for purchasing a video card? so what should i choose?

Either an Nvidia 550ti or an AMD 6790. You can find the 550ti for less if you are looking to save. The 6790 tends to score a bit higher, but the two cards are relatively close in performance, it just depends on the game.

All are faster than the 550 or 6790.
