what is the best water cooling kit for am3 socket

Well that depends, do you want something just for the cpu that you can not expand for a gpu in the future such as the Corsair H100i AIO or do you want something that you can expand for a gpu in the future.
If you are after something just for the cpu then I would suggest going down the corsair line such as the H100i:

It all depends on what type of loop you want and how much you are willing to spend all of them will be compatible with each other and should work on the AM3+ socket as there is no difference between AM3 and AM3+.
