What is the best way to connect laptop to TV wirelessly

Laptop has vga out and tv has vga in ...laptop does not hdmi port...only vga..tv has usb,hdmi and vga as well as composite cable port...
I want to surf internet on tv...I understand that it does not have browser in it so how can I wireless mirror laptop on my tv and than will use wireless keyboard and mouse to work with laptop and than watch on tv

Just hook up a VGA cable from the laptop to the TV, use your wireless keyboard and mouse like you would normally. You will not be able to get audio through the TV with VGA you would need HDMI for that, so you will either need separate computer speakers or a receiver hooked up to your TV for audio.
