[SOLVED] What is the best way to remove the broken tip of a power cable from the monitor's power jack?

Hello everyone / good morning, my issue is that my monitor's power cable/cord the tip of the power supply is stuck inside my monitor's port for the power and i'm not sure how to remove it, I tried pulling with my hands but it's very stuck, how would I be able to remove the tip of the power supply on the back of the monitor without damaging the monitor in the process?

Could you post a picture so we all have an idea of what it looks like? I'd recommend trying to pry it out with pliers.

If the whole plug is stuck in it I would melt a hole with a soldering iron and then get a knitting hook to hook in and get it all out.
