What is the best way to update the bios on a dell dimension 8100?

I have a Dell dimension 8100 with XP pro and has the A07 bios which I would like to upgrade to A09. Can you tell me the correct way to do this?

Here's the link to the A09 revision: LINK

If you have a floppy drive on that 8100, you can just make a bootable floppy following their instructions. If not, you can use a USB drive to do it. I forgot which tool you use to do that, so I'll wait for someone to append my post.
